What is Men GOB Coaching exactly?

Men GOB Coaching is structured, results-driven coaching designed for men who want to build muscle, burn fat, and perform better with a clear plan. This is not random programming or generic templates. Your training structure is assigned based on your goal, adjusted over time, and built around real-life responsibilities like work, family, and schedule demands.

How is this different from GOB Core Access?

GOB Core Access gives you full educational access to Charles Glass’s training library so you can learn and train independently at your own pace.

Men GOB Coaching builds structure on top of that foundation. Instead of simply giving you access, we assign you a structured training plan aligned with your goal, set macro-based nutrition targets, implement progress tracking, and make adjustments based on your check-ins. Core gives you knowledge. Coaching gives you direction, accountability, and progression.

Is the GOB App available on the App Store or Google Play?

No. The GOB App is invite-only and not distributed publicly through app stores. The version that may appear in iOS or Google Play is outdated and no longer supported. The current GOB platform is a private, secure system that works directly through your browser across all devices. After checkout, you receive login credentials that grant you immediate access.

Is this personal coaching?

Yes — this is structured coaching. You receive a training plan aligned to your specific objective (fat loss, muscle gain, or recomposition), macro targets built around your body and lifestyle, and weekly progress-based adjustments.

It is not unlimited 24/7 messaging or daily hand-holding. It is organized, professional coaching built around measurable progression and intelligent adjustments.

Will my plan be customized to me?

Your training structure is assigned based on your primary goal, training experience, and lifestyle demands. As you progress, weekly check-ins allow for adjustments to be made based on physique changes, strength increases, and adherence. The system evolves with you — it is not static or copy-paste.

If you want deeper personalization such as fully customized meal-by-meal planning, the VIP upgrade is available during checkout.

Do I get a meal plan?

At the Men GOB Coaching level, you receive macro-based nutrition targets (calories, protein, carbohydrates, and fats) aligned with your goal. This allows flexibility and sustainability while still driving results.

You do not receive a strict meal-by-meal custom meal plan unless you upgrade to VIP. The focus at this level is education, structure, and flexibility — not restrictive dieting.

I’m over 40. Is this realistic for me?

I have a busy schedule. Can this still work?

Absolutely. This coaching model was built for real-life men — business owners, construction workers, executives, fathers, professionals. Training is structured to be efficient and realistic. No extreme two-hour gym sessions. No unrealistic meal prep demands. The system is built around sustainability, not perfection.

How often are adjustments made?

Adjustments are made based on your weekly check-ins. You submit progress updates, physique changes, strength improvements, and adherence feedback. Based on that data, your programming or macros may be modified. The system responds to measurable progress — not guesswork.

Will I receive weekly support?

Yes. Weekly structured check-ins are part of the coaching system. This is where accountability and progression happen. Your updates allow the program to evolve with you rather than staying static. Without check-ins, no evolution occurs — and this program rewards engagement.

Is this delivered through an app?

Yes. Men GOB Coaching is delivered through the private GOB platform. It is invite-only and not publicly distributed through the App Store or Google Play. The older public versions are outdated and not connected to this coaching system.

Once accepted and enrolled, you receive secure login credentials via email. You access your training plan, macro targets, progress tracking, and full GOB Core education directly through your private dashboard.

Is this invite-only?

Yes. Men GOB Coaching operates through a private access system. It is not a mass-market public app. This ensures quality control, serious members, and a structured coaching environment.

What kind of results can I expect?

Results depend on execution and consistency. Most men notice strength improvements within weeks and visible body composition changes within the first few months. The system is built for steady, sustainable transformation — not crash dieting or temporary results.

Do I need prior gym experience?

No. Whether you are experienced or returning after years away, your assigned programming accounts for your starting level.

Is cardio required?

Cardio is implemented strategically based on your goal. For fat loss phases, conditioning may be included. For muscle-building phases, it may be minimized. Nothing is random — everything has purpose.

What if I’ve tried other programs before?
